Refund policy

We want orders from Golden Roots to arrive complete and suitable for their intended use. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact goldenroots2027@gmail.com before sending any product and include your order number, the reason for return, and photographs where relevant.

Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition, with proof of purchase. Do not send a return until Golden Roots provides authorization and return instructions.

Products that cannot be returned
For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned after opening or breaking the seal, except where defective, incorrectly supplied, or required by law:
- Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, biological treatments, chemicals, liquids, and other crop-protection products.
- Products with temperature, contamination, expiry, or controlled-storage requirements.
- Custom, cut-to-size, configured, or specially ordered products.
- Clearance or final-sale products, gift cards, and downloadable items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report visible damage, defects, missing items, or an incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery when reasonably possible. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. When Golden Roots confirms an error or defect, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return delivery costs.

Change-of-mind returns
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for safe return transport and its cost. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or the law requires otherwise.

Inspection and refunds
Returns are normally inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require a further 5–10 business days to display the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. For faster service, we may ask you to return the approved item and place a new order.

Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order that has not entered dispatch. Once dispatched, the return rules above apply.

The correct UAE return location and delivery instructions will be supplied after return authorization.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

تطبق هذه السياسة بالإضافة إلى أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك وفق قوانين دولة الإمارات.

مدة طلب الاسترجاع
يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ التسليم. يجب التواصل أولًا عبر goldenroots2027@gmail.com وإرسال رقم الطلب وسبب الاسترجاع والصور عند الحاجة.

شروط قبول الاسترجاع
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح وفي عبوته الأصلية المختومة وبحالة قابلة لإعادة البيع، مع إثبات الشراء. لا ترسل المنتج قبل الحصول على موافقة وتعليمات الاسترجاع.

منتجات غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد الفتح
لأسباب السلامة والجودة والتنظيم، لا تُقبل بعد فتحها أو كسر ختمها: البذور والأسمدة والمبيدات ومكافحة الفطريات والأعشاب والمعالجات الحيوية والمواد الكيميائية والسوائل ومنتجات وقاية المحاصيل، وكذلك المنتجات ذات متطلبات التخزين الخاصة والطلبات المخصصة أو الخاصة. يستثنى من ذلك المنتج المعيب أو الخطأ.

المنتج التالف أو المعيب أو الخطأ
يرجى الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة متى كان ذلك ممكنًا مع صور واضحة للمنتج والعبوة وملصق الشحن. عند تأكيد الخطأ أو العيب سنوفر إصلاحًا أو استبدالًا أو استردادًا مناسبًا ونتحمل تكلفة الإرجاع المعقولة.

تغيير الرأي
في حالات الاسترجاع المقبولة بسبب تغيير الرأي يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة المنتج بشكل آمن. لا تسترد رسوم التوصيل الأصلية إلا في حالة الخطأ أو العيب.

الفحص والاسترداد
يتم فحص المنتج عادة خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من وصوله. يصدر المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يحتاج البنك أو مزود الدفع من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل إضافية لإظهاره.

الإلغاء
يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل دخوله مرحلة الشحن. بعد الشحن تطبق شروط الاسترجاع السابقة.

عنوان الاسترجاع
يتم إرسال عنوان الاسترجاع الصحيح داخل الإمارات وتعليمات التسليم بعد اعتماد الطلب.
