This website is operated by Golden Roots in the United Arab Emirates. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Store use
You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. You may not interfere with the website, misuse its content, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Products and agricultural use
Product information is provided from available manufacturer and supplier information. Images can vary slightly from the delivered packaging. Always read the product label, safety data, expiry information, dosage, storage instructions, and manufacturer directions before use.
Some agricultural, chemical, biological, pest-control, irrigation, or greenhouse products may require trained handling, licenses, approvals, protective equipment, or compliance with local rules. The customer is responsible for confirming suitability and lawful use.

3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance. Golden Roots may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock availability, a pricing or description error, payment concerns, delivery limitations, product restrictions, or legal and regulatory requirements. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional approved costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the methods made available by Shopify Checkout.

5. Availability and substitutions
Inventory information can change before an order is dispatched. Golden Roots will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. The customer is responsible for a correct delivery address, accessible delivery location, and any site instructions required for farms, warehouses, or restricted premises.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law continue to apply.

8. Product safety and restricted sales
Golden Roots may request identity, trade, licensing, end-use, or delivery information before supplying controlled or restricted products. We may cancel a sale when required documents are unavailable or when supply would be unsafe or unlawful.

9. Intellectual property
The Golden Roots name, branding, website design, text, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.

10. Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use payment, delivery, analytics, or other third-party services. Those providers can apply their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Golden Roots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, storage contrary to instructions, unauthorized application, or use of a product for an unsuitable purpose.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.

13. Changes
We may update these terms when store operations, services, or legal requirements change.

يتم تشغيل هذا المتجر بواسطة جولدن روتس في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. باستخدام الموقع أو تنفيذ طلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية والشحن والاسترجاع.

1. استخدام المتجر
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة واستخدام المتجر لأغراض مشروعة فقط، وعدم محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو الوصول غير المصرح به أو نشر أي شيفرات ضارة.

2. المنتجات والاستخدام الزراعي
تعتمد معلومات المنتجات على البيانات المتاحة من المصنعين والموردين وقد تختلف العبوة قليلًا عن الصور. يجب قراءة الملصق وبيانات السلامة والصلاحية والجرعات والتخزين وتعليمات الشركة المصنعة قبل الاستخدام.
قد تتطلب بعض المنتجات الزراعية أو الكيميائية أو الحيوية أو معدات الري والبيوت المحمية خبرة أو تراخيص أو موافقات أو معدات وقاية. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من الملاءمة والاستخدام القانوني.

3. الطلبات
تأكيد الطلب يعني استلامه ولا يضمن القبول النهائي. يمكن لجولدن روتس إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن بسبب نفاد المخزون أو خطأ في السعر أو الوصف أو مشكلة في الدفع أو التوصيل أو قيود المنتج، ويعاد أي مبلغ تم تحصيله.

4. الأسعار والدفع
تعرض الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك. تظهر الضرائب ورسوم الشحن وأي تكاليف معتمدة عند الدفع.

5. التوفر والاستبدال
قد يتغير المخزون قبل الشحن، ولن يتم استبدال المنتج بمنتج مختلف جوهريًا دون موافقة العميل.

6. الشحن والاسترجاع
يخضع التوصيل لسياسة الشحن، وتخضع عمليات الإلغاء والاستبدال والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.

7. السلامة والمنتجات المقيدة
قد نطلب بيانات الهوية أو الترخيص أو الاستخدام النهائي قبل توريد منتج مقيد، ويجوز إلغاء البيع إذا كانت المستندات غير متوفرة أو كان التوريد غير آمن أو غير قانوني.

8. الملكية الفكرية
اسم جولدن روتس والعلامة وتصميم الموقع والنصوص والوسائط الأصلية محمية، ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي.

9. المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون لا تتحمل جولدن روتس الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين المخالف للتعليمات أو استخدام المنتج لغرض غير مناسب.

10. القانون المختص
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتختص بها المحاكم المختصة داخل الدولة.
