Golden Roots delivers agricultural supplies within the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude UAE public holidays. Orders placed during promotions, peak periods, or after the daily dispatch cut-off may require additional time.

Estimated delivery times
- Main UAE cities: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Shipping charges
Available delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight, and product handling requirements. No additional charge will be applied after checkout without your approval.

Large, heavy, or controlled products
Greenhouse equipment, irrigation systems, liquids, fertilizers, crop-protection products, and other large or controlled items may require special handling, separate delivery, or additional verification. If a quotation or extra documentation is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Address and delivery access
Please provide a complete address, a reachable phone number, and any access instructions needed for farms, warehouses, or restricted sites. Delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Split shipments and delays
Orders containing products from different storage locations may arrive in more than one shipment. Carrier delays, weather, public restrictions, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.

Damaged or missing items
Inspect the shipment on arrival. Report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing goldenroots2027@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs. Your mandatory rights under UAE law are not limited by this reporting request.

International shipping
International delivery is not offered unless confirmed by Golden Roots in writing before the order is placed. Import permits, customs duties, taxes, and product restrictions may apply to approved international orders.

تقوم جولدن روتس بتوصيل المستلزمات الزراعية داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تجهيز الطلبات
يتم تجهيز الطلب عادة خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع، باستثناء العطلات الرسمية. وقد تحتاج الطلبات خلال فترات العروض أو الضغط إلى وقت إضافي.

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة
- المدن الرئيسية داخل الإمارات: غالبًا من يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
- المناطق البعيدة: غالبًا من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.
هذه المدد تقديرية وليست موعدًا مضمونًا، وسنتواصل معك إذا حدث تأخير مؤثر.

رسوم الشحن
تظهر خيارات ورسوم التوصيل عند الدفع حسب العنوان وحجم ووزن الطلب ومتطلبات تداول المنتجات. لن تتم إضافة أي رسوم بعد إتمام الطلب دون موافقة العميل.

المنتجات الكبيرة أو المقيدة
قد تحتاج معدات البيوت المحمية وأنظمة الري والسوائل والأسمدة ومنتجات وقاية المحاصيل إلى نقل خاص أو شحنة منفصلة أو مستندات إضافية. سنتواصل معك قبل الشحن عند الحاجة.

العنوان والاستلام
يجب إدخال عنوان كامل ورقم هاتف متاح وتعليمات الدخول للمزارع أو المخازن أو المواقع المقيدة. قد يتحمل العميل التكاليف الناتجة عن عنوان ناقص أو غير صحيح في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

التلف أو النقص
يرجى فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام والإبلاغ عن التلف الظاهر أو النقص أو المنتج الخطأ خلال 48 ساعة عبر goldenroots2027@gmail.com مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة.

الشحن الدولي
لا يتوفر الشحن الدولي إلا بعد موافقة كتابية مسبقة من جولدن روتس، وقد تخضع الشحنة للتصاريح والجمارك والضرائب وقيود المنتجات.
